What is Deep Space?
Deep Space is an all-in-one construction management platform for mid-tier commercial builders across Australia and New Zealand. It runs the whole project, from the first estimate to the final account, in one system instead of six.
The name is the idea. Deep space is the territory beyond what you can see from where you are standing, and you only navigate it with the right instruments. A construction project is the same. Everything that decides whether you make money sits below the surface. Every number has depth.

About us
Every number is a way in. Click a line in the Budget Register and you are in the commitment behind it, the variation that moved it, the claim it was certified against, the invoice sitting in the inbox. Nothing is a dead end, because nothing was re-keyed to get there.
We build for head contractors turning over $10M to $200M a year, in Australia and New Zealand, working under ANZ contract frameworks and security of payment law. Progress claims, payment schedules, RCTIs, retentions, EOTs and variations were built here, for the way they work here, not adapted from a US platform.
That focus is deliberate. Deep Space is one platform, not a different product for every segment. Subcontractors, specialist contractors and asset owners use it too, and they get the same full system. But we listen to the mid-tier builder, because that is who we are built around.

Deep Space holds the project and connects to what you already run. Xero, API integrations, plugins and intelligent uploads that pull data in without re-keying it. Your numbers stay yours, and they stay exportable.

Work flows clockwise through Win, Set Up, Build, Move the Money and Govern. Money flows counter-clockwise. Margin sits at the centre, and it is only ever as protected as the weakest handoff in that loop.

Two products, one system. The Deep Space platform runs preconstruction, procurement, commercial and delivery. DS Site puts inductions, permits, prestarts, incidents and site records on a phone. KAI, our built-in AI layer, reads the paperwork as it arrives so an invoice already knows which project, commitment and cost code it belongs to.
