The questions builders ask before they commit
One subscription, one price, your whole business. Here is exactly what that covers and how it works.
Pricing FAQ
Is the price per project, per seat, or per company?
One subscription covers your whole business, with unlimited users, unlimited projects, and unlimited storage. You are never charged per seat or per job, so the price does not climb as you win more work or bring more people on.
Is the pricing in AUD or NZD, and does it include GST?
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. New Zealand customers are billed in AUD unless agreed otherwise during onboarding.
What do I save by paying annually?
The annual plan is $27,445 versus $29,940 paid month to month, so committing to the year gives you roughly one month free. You also lock in predictable spend for the full twelve months.
What is included in "all modules"? Are there add-on fees?
Everything is included. That means every module in the Deep Space web app (Preconstruction, Programme, Procurement, Commercial, Delivery, Documentation, HSEQ, Reporting, Portals and Correspondence), the DS Site field app, and KAI running across the platform.
There are no module tiers, no per-feature charges, and no AI surcharge. The price you see is the price for the entire platform.

Does it integrate with Xero and our accounting system?
Yes. Deep Space has a direct Xero integration so your commercial data and accounting stay in sync rather than being rekeyed across systems. If you run a different finance setup, raise it during onboarding and we will walk through how it fits.
Is KAI an extra cost?
No. KAI is built into the platform at no additional cost. It runs across every module, drafting RFIs, reviewing drawings, building forms and reconciling invoices, as part of your subscription rather than a paid add-on.
What is the minimum commitment, and what happens at renewal?
Subscriptions run on a twelve month initial term and renew automatically for a further twelve months unless you tell us otherwise before the term ends. We will always confirm renewal pricing with you ahead of time.

Pricing FAQ
Can we run a pilot before rolling it out across the business?
Yes. We offer a structured paid pilot so your team can run a real project in the platform before a full rollout. It is the fastest way to see how your own workflows behave in Deep Space, with our team alongside you the whole way.
Can we bring our existing data and projects across?
Yes. Part of implementation is loading your cost codes, contacts, templates and projects, and we help you decide what to migrate. New jobs start in Deep Space, and for active jobs we work through which to bring across with actuals to date and which to run out on your current systems, so nothing is forced before you are ready.
How does onboarding work?
It is not a cookie-cutter software handover. We build your workspace around how your business actually works, across four structured steps: workspace setup before we arrive, project delivery and HSEQ on site, commercial and finance on site, then go-live and wider team rollout.
Before we arrive, your workspace is already configured with your branding, cost code structure and regional defaults, and every login is created and tested. We then spend two to three days on site with your team, working through one real project (live or sandbox) as the worked example so the training runs on your numbers, not ours.
You nominate a small group of internal champions, the people things get done through, who lead the rollout and become your in-house experts so you are never dependent on us. Most builders move Deep Space to their system of record on a live project within a few weeks of kicking off, paced around real work rather than a big-bang switch, so the cutover stays low risk.

Is implementation included, or is it a separate cost?
Implementation support sits alongside your subscription so you only pay for the help you actually use. It runs as 2 to 3 days upfront for the on-site workspace build and champion enablement, then a flexible block of draw-down days for configuration, data loads, templates, module training and go-live support.
Drawing down days only when needed avoids paying for wasted big-bang training. We will scope a plan with you and confirm it in your quote before anything is committed.

When do we start paying?
The pre-kickoff planning sessions carry no charge once you commit. Implementation support falls due as the config and pre-work begins, and your subscription begins on the first day of training when login credentials are issued. That first month doubles as live testing time, so your team is using the platform on real work from the start to drive adoption.
How is our data secured, and where is it hosted?
Deep Space is ISO 27001 certified. You can review our full security posture in the Trust Center, including how we handle access, backups and compliance.
What does support look like once we are live?
You get a dedicated customer success contact, not a ticket queue. Our team is ANZ based, understands local contract frameworks, and stays close to your account well beyond go-live so the platform keeps pace as your business grows.
