We're not pretending to win in every dimension. There are areas where Procore has a head start, and there are areas where the right answer is a specialist tool. Here's what we tell you straight.

Estimating depth: We're not
chasing Qubit or CostX.

Deep Space estimating handles BOQ-level work and pushes cleanly to the budget register. If your business runs $40M+ of estimating a year on highly visual 2D takeoffs, keep your specialist and bring everything else into Deep Space. Roadmap: KAI 2D AI takeoff is in development.

Marketplace breadth: We don't
have hundreds of marketplace apps.

Procore's marketplace is broad. The honest truth is that most builders use three of those apps. The ones you actually need (Xero, MS Project, BIM viewers) are native in Deep Space. If you rely on a niche marketplace app, tell us. We'll be honest about whether it's a fit.
