ISO 27001: Why it matters for your construction projects
At Deep Space, we understand that in construction, data is everything.
Built used Deep Space AI to streamline workflows, cut errors, and drive sustainability in delivering Atlassian Central, a hybrid timber icon.
The Atlassian Central project, one of the world’s tallest hybrid timber buildings, represents a milestone in sustainable construction and innovative design. Collaborating with Deep Space AI, Builthas successfully harnessed cutting-edge technology to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and meet ambitious sustainability goals.
This partnership demonstrates how Deep Space AI is revolutionising the construction industry by combining real-time data insights with practical tools that empower project managers and teams.
About the Project
Atlassian Central, a 39-storey hybrid timber and steel building located in Sydney’s Tech Central precinct, is a landmark project for sustainable architecture. Appointed by Dexus and Atlassian, Built, in partnership with Obayashi Corporation, faces the challenge of achieving a 50% reduction in embodied carbon emissions while constructing a building that operates entirely on renewable energy.
To achieve these ambitious goals, Built partnered with Deep Space AI, leveraging its innovative platform to integrate data across design, construction, and operational phases. This collaboration ensures efficient project management, adherence to sustainability goals, and the successful delivery of a pioneering smart building.
DeepSpace AI’s Role
Deep Space AI’s platform seamlessly integrates into construction workflows, offering tools that empower teams to make data-driven decisions:
By automating data ingestion and management through its Revit add-ins and scheduling tools, Deep Space AI ensures real-time updates and consistency, enabling Built to maintain high standards while meeting project deadlines.
Time Efficiency
With Deep Space AI, Built achieved significant time savings by automating workflows and streamlining decision-making processes.Planning timelines were reduced, allowing teams to allocate resources more effectively.
Error Reduction
Deep Space AI’s predictive analytics identified and resolved critical errors early, reducing rework and ensuring higher safety standards. This proactive approach minimised disruptions and enhanced on-site productivity.
Cost Savings
Optimised workflows and enhanced collaboration resulted in measurable cost savings, allowing Built to meet budget targets without compromising on quality.
FuturePotential
Deep Space AI is continuously innovating to meet the evolving needs of the construction industry. Future updates, such as the development of AI-driven Construction Agents, promise to further enhance project efficiency and data management. These tools will empower teams to handle even more complex workflows with ease, setting new standards in project delivery.
The scalability of Deep Space AI ensures its applicability across various construction projects, from small-scale builds to iconic landmarks like Atlassian Central.
The collaboration between Built and Deep Space AI demonstrates the transformative potential of technology in construction. By streamlining workflows, reducing errors, and driving sustainability, Deep SpaceAI has set a new benchmark for innovation in the industry.
