Built, in a joint venture with Obayashi Corporation, have been appointed by Dexus to construct the flagship Atlassian Australia headquarters anchoring Sydney’s newest technology and innovation precinct, known as Tech Central. The 39-storey building will be the world’s tallest hybrid timber and steel building constructed adjacent to Sydney’s Central Station and over the existing heritage listed Parcel Shed and former YHA.
